These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Marlow & Co.

Using this site

You may browse and buy from this site for your own personal use. Please do not copy our text or images, attempt to interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming dispatch, not when you receive an order acknowledgement.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if we spot a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

We try to keep prices and product information accurate. If a clear error appears, we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel.

Products

Colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the item you receive, because screens differ. Product measurements are approximate.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

Law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
