Delivery

Every order is tracked, and we email the tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Anything placed over a weekend or public holiday goes out the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Most orders arrive within 7–14 days of being placed.

That is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Carrier delays and customs checks can add time, especially in December. If your order has not arrived within 21 days, contact us and we will chase it.

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You will see the full amount before you pay.

A note on weight

A heavy blanket is a bulky parcel, and some carriers price it as freight rather than as a single item. That is why shipping on blankets costs more than you might expect — we would rather show you the real number at checkout than bury it in the price.

Duties and import charges

Depending on your delivery address, an order may attract import duties or taxes. Where these apply, they are charged by your local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility. Anything owed will be requested by the carrier before delivery.

Tracking

You will get a link by email at dispatch. If it has not updated for a couple of days that is usually normal — but message us and we will chase the carrier.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us. We will replace it or refund you.
