Every order is tracked, and we'll email the tracking link the moment your parcel is on its way.

Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Anything placed over a weekend or public holiday goes out the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Most orders arrive within 7–14 days of being placed.

That's an estimate rather than a guarantee. Carrier delays and customs checks can add time, especially in December. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days, message us and we'll chase it.

A note on weight

A heavy blanket is a genuinely bulky parcel, and some carriers price it as freight rather than as a single item. That's why shipping on blankets costs more than you might expect — we'd rather show you the real number at checkout than bury it in the price.

Duties and import charges

Depending on your delivery address, an order may attract import duties or taxes. Where these apply, they are charged by your local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility. Anything owed will be requested by the carrier before delivery.
